The Very NEW St. Eugene Library!

One day I was telling a new library volunteer how I would love to change our mauve laminate library to something a little more updated, but I thought the cost would be prohibitive. The “new” St. Eugene library is about 25 years old and it was beginning to show its age. Brenda Manning listened carefully and said, “Hmmm. I think I could help you with that.” The next thing I knew Brenda was planning, measuring, purchasing, cutting and installing our new wood beadboard and trim! In just a couple of weeks we had a brand-new library! The photos to follow show Brenda working and some of the finished product. We have been receiving rave reviews from everyone. If you haven’t seen it yet, please stop in when you get a chance. Thank you so much for our beautiful new look, Brenda Manning! You’re the best!12 34567810

One Response to The Very NEW St. Eugene Library!

We are so lucky to have such an amazing volunteer in our library! I can’t believe that she turned it into a work of art from that dated mauve “country cute” design. I definitely want to spend more time in the new library. Thank you Brenda!
